Steak, Stilton & Mustard Suet Pudding.

A cheesy twist on a classic british pudding. Serve with buttery mash and your favourite veg.

The Stilton and mustard are optional, but the mustard flavour is very subtle, and the Stilton really does add to the flavour of the beef.

Fretboard removal

OK, I guess I can't put it off any more, so next job is to remove the fretboard. I'd made a few spreaders/scrapers out of broken hacksaw blades. I simply ground off the saw edges, and linished off the paint. One of the spreaders was then ground along down one side to a sharp knife edge so it would easily cut through the glue.
