Bloody Mary Sorbet

Frozen Bloody Mary starter

Ingredients: 

600ml (1 pint) tomato juice

Juice of 2 lemons

1 dessertspoon Worcestershire sauce

Few drops Tobasco

1 dessertspoon sugar

Salt & Pepper to taste

4floz Vodka (from freezer)

2 egg whites

Ice cream maker

Method: 

Mix together all ingredients

Put in ice cream maker (approx 25 mins)

Serve on bed of lettuce with carrot shavings
