Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Description:
A great alternative pizza sauce.
Ingredients:
2 Red Bell Peppers
1 Small Onion Roughly Chopped
4 Cloves of Garlic
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
Basil
Oregano
Olive Oil
Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Method:
Preheat the oven to 200C
Place Red Bell Peppers on a baking tray and roast for 40 minutes, turning after 20 minutes.
Remove skin and allow to cool before de-seeding and roughly chopping.
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend to a smooth paste. Add salt and black pepper to taste. If paste is a little thick, let down with the olive oil.
